“Ghost in the Shell” meets “The Crow” in Prometheus Unbound, a 2D stealth platformer with graceful speed and machine-precision movement. Play as the monstrous machine-made-mortal who names herself Anala. Use her unassuming human form to maneuver through a neo-gothic sprawl, and transform into a volatile, John Carpenter-esque form to hunt your enemies.

Over the course of 13 weeks I led the design of Prometheus Unbound using the Unity Engine.

  • Pitched the initial concept and mechanics

  • Served as scrum master during development Wrote the narrative, designed the environmental storytelling elements, and directed the cutscenes

  • Designed and mixed foley and voice effects

Aiden sits in the dark behind a blank cinder block wall. The sounds of people can be heard passing by, sometimes knocking on the wall. But nobody stays long enough to hear Aiden through the wall. Until a stranger finds a way to talk with him: notes shoved back and forth through a vent.

Behind a Wall is an FMV (full motion video) game that explores the feelings of loneliness and the struggle to truly connect with other human beings that is inherent in the nature of communication.

For my thesis at the University of Texas, I designed and directed a dialogue-driven story game with live-action footage.

  • Pitched concept to supervising faculty

  • Designed and constructed the game in the RenPy Engine

  • Directed a film crew to create narrative content

  • Crafted custom UI elements

A bat explorer navigates an abandoned world in search of life, and finds the stories left behind.

Created for the Buddy Up Winter 2024 Game Jam, I provided the systems and content design for a puzzle platformer built over the course of 14 days by a team of 5 people.
